Known for building strong teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, Chris fosters a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and lasting client partnerships.
Deborah Twombly
Director of Operations
Deborah, an Army Veteran, brings over 20 years of design and building experience specializing in high-end and luxury residential properties. She combines disciplined project management with a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional homes that reflect both quality and timeless design.
Known for her collaborative approach, Deborah excels at guiding clients, architects, and trades teams through every stage of the building process, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
George Brown
General Foreman
George is a seasoned residential building professional and a long‑time New England Building Company veteran with over 15 years at the firm and more than 30 years of experience in the residential construction sector. With deep expertise in homebuilding and project execution, he plays a key role in delivering quality craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and reliable results on every project.

Luis Rodriguez
Superintendent
Luis brings over 20 years of experience in multi-unit residential and commercial construction. He is skilled in managing complex projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedule and budget.
Known for his leadership on-site and collaborative approach with clients and trades, Luis helps deliver projects that meet the highest standards of performance and craftsmanship.
Thomas Ahern
Project Advisor
Tom, a Construction Supervisor and Master Electrician, brings over 40 years of commercial and residential building and development experience to the team. With deep expertise in building codes, plans, and all aspects of construction, he ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Known for his hands-on guidance and problem-solving skills, Tom helps teams navigate complex builds, coordinating trades and processes to deliver projects on time and on budget.
